  I had a wonderful experience when I had my first appt. this week. The waiting area is beautifully and thoughtfully arranged. Receptionist was very patient and kind as I fumbled through my purse looking for the right cards. The MA was a delight as was the PA. I found everyone to be professional and also relaxed-----a combination that I find to be very patient oriented. I actually had fun on a doctor visit. I'll be back.

  I saw David, a PAC. He Came into the room on the defensive and was arrogant and coldly polite. I was there to rule out a dermatological problem and to get a referral to a rheumatologist if necessary. He seemed angry that I was bothering him. For some reason one of his first questions was "how old are you?" Which was totally out of place unnecessary and rude! He heard my story including past use of a naturalpathic dr. He then asked me (still arrogant and defensive) if I would take the medication he would prescribe if he chose to do that. I told him I probably would. He spoke down to me, proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't help me, why he wouldn't help me and that if I had come in with a rash he would biopsy it. I told him I had a rash when I called but they were scheduled a month out. So- frustrated with doctors and having suffered much lately and on top of it being treated this way I felt hopeless and began to cry. Only then did he soften, although not enough to refer me to the dr I needed, and said he was not being dismissive-ha! The only thing I will say for them is their office staff was friendly and polite and the office was very nicely decorated. I've since been told the dr. (Who I did not see) is even more rude and dismissive than the PAC.
